Chord strum attack — sharp pluck ↔ soft swell
Chord rhythm — stabs between changes
Hit ▶ Play and the chords step through automatically, strumming each one. Slide strum attack right for a soft swell, left for a sharp pluck. Pick a progression up top, change Key, or tap 🎲 for a new one.
Feel — humanize & variation
Humanize loosens timing & velocity so it breathes. Embellish slips 7ths, 9ths & suspensions into the chords (and varies the bass) each cycle, so the loop never repeats exactly. Fills sprinkle ghost notes and drop a fill at the end of every 4‑bar phrase. Set all to 0 for a strict, mechanical loop.
Drum machine — 16‑step
tap cells to programtap a name to mute
Program a beat on the grid, then hit ▶ Play — drums lock to the same clock as the chords. Mute a track by tapping its name (BD kick, SD snare, CP clap, CH/OH hats, LT tom, CY cymbal). Swing nudges the off‑beats for groove.
Bassline
tap cells to program the rhythmtap BASS to mute
Motion sets how the line moves through the chord — Walking & Arpeggio step through the actual chord tones, Bounce/Random keep it lively. Movement sprinkles extra passing & ghost notes between your programmed hits and throws in octave jumps, so the higher it is the busier and more melodic the bass gets. Program the base rhythm on the grid; it still locks to the chord/drum clock.
Arpeggiator
Arp effects
Volume shaper — draw the LFO (loops every bar)
Turn the arp on to roll the held chord one note at a time instead of strumming it whole. It follows the sequencer while it's running, or arpeggiates whatever chord you tap on its own. The strum‑attack control still shapes each note.

Chord voicing & Texture
Filter & Envelope
Osc 1 & 2 now feed both the plucked strings and the sustained chord pad. For a lush bed under the arp: layer a triangle (Osc 1) under a detuned saw (Osc 2), raise Morph for width, then open the Chord shaper below — slow Attack/Release, Chorus & Delay — and add Space from Texture.

Levels
Texture & space
Space adds a long, lush reverb to the chord pad; Shimmer layers an octave‑up wash on top. Freeze pad makes chords swell and sustain into an evolving drone — turn it on, raise Space, and the instrument becomes an ambient texture generator. Great with the arp + shaper too.
Delay & grains
Ping‑pong delay (whole mix)
Granular cloud
A tempo‑synced stereo ping‑pong delay over the whole mix — raise Mix, set Time, push Feedback for long trails. Grains feeds the sound into a shifting micro‑delay + pitch‑shift cloud for shimmering granular texture (Size = grain length, Pitch = shimmer interval). Both start at 0 — push the mix up to hear them.
Custom progression
Add chords one at a time to build a sequence, then save it — it shows up in the Progression list at the top and follows Key & Rate just like the built‑ins. Tap a chord chip to remove it.
Save / load patch
Save patch downloads a .json holding every knob, the drum/bass/chord grids, oscillator & effect settings, toggles and your custom progressions. Load patch reads one back to restore the whole instrument.
Export
MIDI saves the chords, bass & drums as a multi‑track .mid for any DAW (8 bars of the current pattern). Record audio captures a live take of exactly what you hear — tap once to start, again to stop & save (MP3 where your browser supports it, otherwise a WebM audio file).
